Email is the way to reach the editors: corrections, questions about a score, a tool you would like us to review or a press enquiry.
Email us

There is no contact form on this site: your message goes straight from your own email program to our inbox.
What to include
- The address of the page (for example /reviews/chatgpt/).
- The exact sentence, figure or table cell you are writing about.
- For a correction: what you believe is right and a source we can check, such as the vendor’s help page or a published paper.
Please leave out health details. We do not need your results to correct a page, and we cannot advise on them.
What we can’t help with
Medical questions and emergenciesWe are an editorial site, not a medical service. Questions about your own results belong with your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- Your blood test or DNA results: ask your doctor, pharmacist or genetic counsellor.
- Accounts, billing or data in a tool we review: contact that vendor’s support. We do not run any of the tools.
Corrections
How we check a reported error, fix it and record the change is set out in our corrections policy. Scores follow the published methodology.
