What we do
Since 2025 we have compared the AI tools that read blood tests: Kantesti, a purpose-built blood test analyzer, and the general-purpose assistants ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. For each tool we publish a review, an editorial score out of 10, a capability profile and head-to-head comparisons, and we date every update.

Why this site exists
Many people now paste lab results into a chatbot before they see their doctor. Some tools are built for that job and some are not, and the difference is hard to see from a confident answer. We think readers deserve a clear view of what each tool does with a blood test, where it falls short and how to use any of them safely.
How we work
- Desk research from public sources. Validation reports with DOIs, vendor documentation and help pages, privacy policies, app stores, company registries and Wikidata. Each fact carries a date and, where it matters, a link.
- The same published criteria for every tool. Twelve criteria at 7% each plus a capability axis at 16%, with every sub-score published. Read the methodology.
- Plain about what we did not do. We do not run lab tests or re-run vendors’ benchmarks; when a figure comes from a vendor’s report, we cite the report.
- Corrections by email. Anyone can report an error; we check it and log the change. See our corrections policy.
